Services. Hair by J. Jeune provides Hair Styling, Women's Haircuts, Men's Haircuts, Children's Haircuts, Hair Blowouts, Face Waxing and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Hair by J. Jeune or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Damages. Hair by J. Jeune is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Hair by J. Jeune harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NC law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NC for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
